• ReiserFS partitions, /home and SWAP completely encrypted using 256-bit AES/Rijndael algorithm.
• Completely Unicode (UTF-8) system

Periodic backups are made on an external 160GiB encrypted hard drive, where more than one backup of the most important files are stored. LocalBackuper is used.

• Router between LAN and Internet, NAT based on iptables
• HTTP server (+ vhosts) + SSL + PHP5 + ASP.NET + mod_rewrite
• IMAP server, automated SPAM and virus filters, and sorting received mails in diretories. Using my own scripts

• File server, usually accessed by SAMBA and SFTP

• OpenVPN server, used for accessing the LAN from anywhere else through the internet

• Kaid server (transparent VPN useful for video game consoles, it emulates LAN games when they are really being sent through Internet)
